Currently I hv a 4th gen Echo in my living. I intend to get an Echo Dot 4th gen for my bedroom. Can both be connected to the same hp app? My main purpose is either Echo will play at any one time but not both at the same time. If both echo can play different music at the same time then that will be a bonus.

Amazon Echo Discussion / local control

I am thinking about dropping the hue hub and let zigbee on the 3rd generation show handle things so I can have some local control.   Not too sure how to do this.   Will I have to reset all the bulbs before the change or would I be able to unplug the hub and just do a discover?   Also will I still need the hue app?

Just say, "Alexa, up, up, down, down, left, right, left, right, B, A, start."

What is "Super Alexa Mode"? Is this just a funny thing that she does?

Greetings from the home of the Alamo and the Spurs. I am really late to the party because everything was going smoothly until Echo got a hold of Aussie talk. No offense meant.Since I live in a glass house I won't throw any stones. I've already posted my problem on the other forum.

Amazon Echo Discussion / Echo has gone deaf and I have to shout to get it to stop

Hi,my problem is as stated in the subject. I have tried unplugging it, dusting it, blowing into it and nothing works. It's as if she likes the sound of her own voice. I just now had to suffer through an Aussie song that I asked for on the new skill. I am only 3 feet away from it and no TV or ambient noise. Any ideas?

I have 4 philips lights which I usually control using Alexa and in groups (Kitchen, office). I believe those must be Philips Hue Bluetooth since I never bought a Hue bridge and was able to configure the lights directly in the app.
They work fine but I want to adjust the settings (say the light color) and I can't find them in the app. I see all my other devices but none of the bulbs. WHERE ARE THEY?? it is driving me crazy >:(

I had this happen to me a while back. Some times Alexa would connect to the station sometimes it would connect to the wrong station. I ended up making routines to connect to my favorite stations even the ones with their own skills.
