Title: Contact setup so elderly mother calls my echo device instead of cell

When my elderly (99) mother calls me from her echo show, it ends up on my cell instead of my echo device.
How can I setup my contact card so she has the echo device first, then cell instead of cell first.
I can't get her to remember to say "call Carole's Alexa device" so she calls my cell and cannot hear as well on the cell.

Although I don't use the phone feature on my Echo devices, I think when your mother asks Alexa to call you it should ring on all of your Echo devices and your Alexa app on your smartphone (assuming that all the Echo devices and the Alexa app are all on your Amazon account and not a shared or family account).
