Title: JTAG on the Echo
Post by: amethyst on April 25, 2017, 03:40:17 pm
Hi There,

I'm new to this forum so I was hoping this would be the best place to ask.  Has anyone here confirmed that JTAG is active on the Amazon Echo? So far I've read that the JTAG pinouts could be in one of 2 places, on the front of the mainboard where the soldered J20 connectors are, or according to this post: https://twitter.com/bill_billbill_/status/617547530092412928?lang=en on the back of the mainboard.

So where are the connectors? Is it J20, or the connectors on the back of the board? And are they active?

I'm hoping to get some info from folks more knowledgeable on the subject.

Thanks,

amethyst
