you could have posted a paragraph or some information about the link that is being clicked on. some just don't like clicking on blind links.

I just asked google and alexa what my daughters name is. Both said I don't know, but google said tell me and I'll remember

Google knows my name and uses it when addressing me at certain times. Knows my dog's name and my grandchildren's' names and my favorite colors (g). S/he (you can choose male or female voice by saying "hey Google, use your other voice" will basically remember whatever you tell it if you start by saying "remember..." And by telling Google to "forget..." s/he will forget what you told it to remember.
