Title: Echo cuts out

I have a new Echo and when I say 'Alexi play .................' the blue light cut out before I've finished my commands as such. Why please?

You need to pause a bit after saying the wake word ("Alexa") and wait for the blue light to come on *before* proceeding with your command/question.  Are you doing that?
