I bought an Echo Show 8 from eBay about three months ago, and it was working wonderfully the first couple of weeks, but the internet stopped working one day. I factory reset it, and now I can't even connect to the internet. It says, "MAC address is unavailable," when I click on the add network button, it does nothing. I called Amazon several times, and they said to do basic things like unplugging the router and plug it back, which didn't work. I tried to do some searching to fix the issue, but no one else had this issue, or I was looking in the wrong places. Any help would be greatly appreciated :)

was it new or used? did you deregister it?
