Title: Alexa app - Shopping on;y 50% works when shopping

Hi,

I use the shopping app a lot but am finding it quite useless as many many times when I am shopping in a big mall or wherever it just does not comes up.

Black screen and little thingo going around and around.

I have a Galaxy Note 5 but it is like this with our Galaxy S4 too.

I thought the info given to Alexa would be saved on the phone so one didn't have to access the internet to get it at the shops.

Any help please?

If you cannot get online deep in a mall with lousy internet, you are out of luck, so use the notepad of your phone to remind you of want you wanted to buy when you DO have good internet connection again.
