Title: Alexa not dimming sound whilst receiving commands anymore

I had to reset my Echo up due to internet problems. Since then, whenever I speak to Alexa the sound does not dim (i.e. music) but keeps playing at normal volume.

As this wasn't the case before I've tried to find settings for it without success.

Any solution to this?

If the volume level of music is too loud, Alexa does not hear you.  Turn down the music volume and then give a command.
