What is the difference between Aux-in and Aux-out, and how do I get Echo to play music from an Aux cord? I want to allow Echo to play music from my laptop. Thx for the help, in advanced ;)

It's the same as any audio device, whether it's a stereo, MP3 player, CD player, record player, etc.

Oh...
Then why, when I plug in the Aux-cord, no sound plays, even though the device is playing sound (and it should be playing from Echo)? I'm just confused lol

I believe Alexa only plays music out - from Amazon music, Spotify etc.
