Title: Echo show won't call my iphone using video calling

For the life of me I cannot figure out why my mom's echo show won't video call my iphone 7.  I have gone over all the settings and just don't know what to do.  It has no problem calling my sister on hers.  Frustrating and I called Amazon support and NO ONE has called me back. HELP!?

Maybe I'm wrong, but I don't think non-Amazon devices can do video chat with the Echo Show. When using the Alexa app on your iPhone (or Android for that matter), you will only get audio. Video is not part of the app. 

Like I said, maybe I'm totally wrong on this. But if you find out, please let the rest of us know.

Yes  you can do video call on iphone.  My mom calls my sister via video on her alexa app.
