Title: Alexa for Alzheimer's and for Brain Injury
Post by: Narinder Kapur on August 21, 2022, 04:30:00 pm
I am a neuropsychologist attached to University College London. I have just written Voice Assistant Guides for patients with dementia and for patients with brain injury. They are now available on Amazon, who have produced high-quality printed copies. In 2019, I published an article with others on the clinical benefits of voice assistants.
Part of sales proceeds from the guides go to support clinical practice in developing countries such as India, and one example can be found here....www.indiacovidrehab.org
This is the link to other resources I have published to help those with cognitive issues following brain injury or dementia… https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B09G1P3VMV
I would be interested in people's thoughts about the benefits / challenges of using Alexa with conditions such as Alzheimer's or brain injury.
