Title: Echo Dot Generation 3 Before and After tones

I recently updated six of my Gen 2 Dots to Gen 3, primarily for the sound quality.  I've discovered that, regardless of the setting for the device, I'm getting a tone AFTER the response.  All my Dots are set to respond prior to tone request but NOT after.  Anyone have any idea how I can prevent this unwanted second tone?

One of my 2nd Gen Echoes does this too, but not my other devices, so I'm curious to see if there's a solution.
