Title: Echo has been removed from my Alexa App

I flipped the surge protector that my echo was plugged into and now it looks almost completely dead.

The only thing that is functioning is the red microphone lighting up when it is plugged in and I press the mute button. In addition, my echo has been removed from the list of devices in my Alexa App.

This is very strange because my Echo wasn't even connected to wifi when it died  :-[

Flip off the surge protector to remove power again, and leave it off fo 10 seconds or so.  Sometimes a very momentary power outage can cause strange things to happen to electrical devices.  Might be a good idea to have Wi-Fi on, too, to check things out fully.

If rebooting does not help, suggest you call Echo Support.
