Title: Tell Smart Plug to turn on at 4:00?

Is there a way I can tell my Amazon Smart Plug to turn off at a certain time by just using my voice?  I know you can set routines, but I'd like to do it with my voice on a per case basis.  For example, I have my coffee maker connected to a smart plug.  So I'd like to say the night before, "Alexa turn coffee maker on at 7 AM tomorrow".

Also, can I say something like "Alexa, turn Coffee Maker off in 15 minutes"?
