Could do with a little help with this, the echo will not connect to wifi at all. Tried changing the router channels, frequency and I've restarted the router, uninstalled the app from iphone and then reinstalled all failed. Alexa willnot talk to my wifi.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Thanks in advance

Just a note that Echo Dot is only compatible up to Wireless N. If your router 5GHz channel is Wireless AC, it won't connect. Try to connect to 2.4 GHz which should be Wireless N

Hi All

Just thought I'd let you know, got it working now, for some reason my VM Superhub blocked the echo's MAC address in
Mac Filter under security. I did set it to allow the Echo's MAC address in the main SSID1 primary network but, in the
security setting it seems it was block all day and every day. Strange!

Thanks for your help

Leo

PS gunna have a play now!  :)
