Title: Disable voice announcement on start

Does anyone know if there is there a way to turn off the Alexa voice prompt during startup?  I often get power interruptions in the middle of the night and when Alexa comes back online at 3AM she feels the need to announce her status.  This ends up scaring the whole family as we are being woken by a strange voice across the house talking loudly.  I’ve searched the Echo app with no luck finding this setting.

I doubt if there is such a setting, so here are some suggestions:

Turn volume down at bedtime to Vol 1 or less
Plug Echo into a UPS so it doesn't turn off/on momentarily
Get a wall socket on/off switch for Echo you can easily reach
