I'm not sure I'm missing something, but neither my iPad or iphone Alexa app have the Voice Profile option under “Settings -> Accounts”
Did anyone find that option in Canada? I have an Echo Dot.
Thanks!

Alot of settings do not display in the Alexa app this is not just to us Canadian users.
You need to use a PC and navagate to the web page http://alexa.amazon.com

I actually don't see it on the PC either.

Wow, It was there. ??? I set it up on my cottage Dot.
That may have been prior to me switching to a Canadian location though :-[

Ok checked my Phone and the Voice profile is there.
Have you configured your phone number with the Amazon apps?
Many of the options depend on this.

Well, I had to call support and if I understood correctly, they changed my account from amazon.ca to amazon.com. After that, I logged off/on and I got a lot more things on my settings, like Your Voice and Household Profile. These were not there before.
Note: Before I called support I did re-install the app, reset the phone, logged off/in... no dice. It only appeared there after they made some changes on their side.
Thanks a lot for the replies! I hope this helps someone else too.
