Title: Multiple Echo Dots but one answer

Is it possible to set up ESP where only one answers. I have multiple dots throughout the house but one is hooked to the home speaker system. I want to make it where all will listen but the one attached to the speakers will always answer.

Nope, not yet; at least for now.
