So every now and then while the echo dot third gen is playing music from Spotify it will jump to the next track without finishing the last track. This can happen at any point in the song.
Also sometimes when asking the echo to play music it will play silently. The Spotify app on my phone and the Alexa app shows the track playing but there is no audio.
Can anyone help?
