I have had my echo for 6 months and everything was ok the it stopped. I though it was a problem with it and got a new one replaced by amazon . This problem is I can connect the wifi but it won't then connect to the internet and give a error message. I live in Spain but it was working fine before then.
Any help would be really really helpful

If it was working then stopped the issue is most likely your router.
The routers I have allow you to put a cap on the number of Wi-Fi devices you could be over that number which would need to be edited.
your router could just be going.
I had one in which my laptop would connect to but stopped being able to get on the internet. if I used the Ethernet cable it was fine. I suspected it was my wi-fi card but as it turns out was my router.
A new router solved the issue for me.

Is the service available in Spain? If not, is Spain where it was working or somewhere else? Have you contacted Amazon support again to see what they say?
