Title: Echo won't play entire playlist
Post by: gingerrobbins on September 27, 2017, 12:09:40 pm
Preface:  I am new to Amazon Echo.   :D
I have a playlist with 51 songs on it.  When I ask Alexa to play it, a few songs play then it goes off.  Any ideas of how to overcome this?

Go to your playlist and see if any of the songs have the titles grayed out. If I there are any, the probably don’t have the Prime P and a check mark by them. This means they are no longer part of the Amazon music service. The playlist will just not play anything, rather than just not play those songs. Delete those songs and it should play.

I have the same issue, but it’s intermittent, sometimes Alexa manages it, other times Alexa just gives up after a single or a couple of tracks.
