Can Echo add to a personal playlist?

If Echo is playing one of the Prime stations, is it possible to have Alexa add a song to one of my personal playlists? In essence I would like to build my personal playlists via Alexa instead of from the Amazon Music App. I have tried asking for the song to be added to a particular playlist and get the response that she can't edit playlists. Is there a different phrase I should be using or is this functionality not available?

As far as I know this is not yet a supported Alexa capability, though it would be a good one.  Since you can ask what the currently playing song is it should be trivial to implement an "Add this song to my playlist" command.  You should send Amazon a request for that feature.

I'd like to have that.  Like add to favorites or something.

Me too - been experimenting with different ideas and IFTT - but cant find a way as yet. Would be a brilliant way to develop new playlists.
