I have two Amazon smart plugs that will not show on my Alexa app. I can verbally control them, light on, light off, but can’t set a routine because they don’t show up, they previously use to. I get a wired error, -1:-3:-1:-1, Amazon couldn’t tell me what’s up. Any ideas?
