Alexa not playing music

Hi When I ask Alexa to play music, either specific artists or songs, the device acknowledges the request and says ‘Playing xxxxx by Amazon music’…..then absolute silence! No music plays even though ‘she’ says she is going to play it!

Any ideas? Thanks

Little glitches like this can usually be fixed by unplugging the Echo, wait 30 seconds, and then plug it back in.
