Alexa isnt detecting Aqara motion sensors since Nov 17.....

Hi,

I have 17 Aqara motion detectors that worked perfectly with Alexa till Nov 17 2021. since this day 13 are not working well in Alexa anymore and only 4 are working well.

When Im checking the status of the motion detector under Alexa/Devices its telling me:
Motion detected Active since 09:35 on 17/11/2021 which is 6 days ago.
same message for all the 13 motion detectors.

When I'm checking the detectors in the Original Xiaomi app they are working fine and detecting fine.

Can you please help me solving this issue?

What I tried so far and didn’t solve:
   1. I un-install and re-install Alexa
   2. I tried 4older Alexa version.
   3. I clean the app cache and data.
   4. I de-activated and re- activated the aqara skill
   5. I factory reset my router.
   6. I re-install the aqara motion senor to the aqara hub
        7. I factory reset my Alexa DOT 4th gen.

That’s very weird that I'm the only one who is facing this issue.
I tried to solve it for hours with about 15 Amazon agents but no solution.

Anyway I had some progress - I found out that
There are 2 types of Aqara motion sensors:
   1. With hole at the side of the device for the reset button
   2. With a button at the side of the device for the reset button.

The first type is working well with Amazon Alexa
BUT the second type with the side button for the reset isn't working with Alexa - Alexa doesn't see the sensors motions.

I'm approaching Aqara with this issue trying to get solution.
