add sleep timer to set routine help please

Hi everyone. I am still new to the echo show 5.
I have set a routine at night to launch favourite radio station to listen to. I then want to add a further command to this routine to automatically set a sleep timer for an hour. I have not been successful as yet. Can somebody please advise. Thank you very much.
