Mute TV on incoming call

I would like to write a routine to mute the TV when an incoming phone call is received via Amazon Communicate, from another Alexa device or on the landline via Echo Connect. The muting is easy enough, but how would I trigger such a routine?

you may be able to do it with ifttt
