Hi. My Input won't go into config mode, whatever I do to induce that. I get a blue light flashing, then it fades down and a green light appears and THAT'S IT, whether I press the action button or not. I de-rgistered the appliance and can't get it back on. Pretty standard here. Tried everything in the help section, to no avail. A hard reset would be in order, but I found nothing about that other than pressing the button for 25 s, which doesn't work in my case. Please help!
