Alexa won’t control lights after power outage

Near the CA wildfires last week and was without power for a day and a half. When power was restored several of my Philips lights won’t work via Alexa. 1 works and 3 don’t...

It says “I had trouble communicating with provider. Check your device’s network connection and power supply.”

Ive tried everything including deleting and reinstalling lights.

I guess you have tried re-booting the hub.  You may have to reset the hub to factory settings.

Rebooting the hub seems to have worked.
