Using a Hue bulb with Echo Show 2

On Prime Day I purchased an Echo Show 2 and received a free Hue bulb.  The description said the bulb worked with Alexa . . . but there were no instructions anywhere.

Is there a site that explains how to make this single bulb work with verbal commands from the Echo device (Alexa)?
