Echo Show 5 and Getting Directions

Just received my new Echo Show 5. I asked Alexa for simple directions to main intersections or  attractions like the Eaton Centre but Alexa keeps giving me a traffic condition rating instead of directions. It won't display a map.

You need to use the Skype skill. Use the Alexa app and set up the Skype skill on your Echo device and link your account.

Thanks. I figured out the Skype issue but now can't get Alexa to give directions.
