My Echo Show 5 will make but not receive phone calls on bluetooth

I've connected my Android phone with my new Echo Show 5 via bluetooth, it will make phone calls from my contact list, but does not receive, or let me answer incoming calls.  What is the solution for this?

I'm pretty sure that your Echo is not using your phone or Bluetooth to make calls. It goes out via Amazon's VOIP system. And since Amazon's VOIP does not issue your own phone number, you cannot receive calls that way.
