Alexa doesn't see Spotify account

Hello,
I bought Alexa for Christmas and she is great. But I have one problem. I linked my Spotify premium account, and in the app everything is okey, but when I say "Alexa, play song from spotify" she says that I didn't linked account in Alexa App :( Can someone please help?
