We have several echo devices as well as fire tv devices in our home. I have no problem opening apps or even turning to a specific show or channel via voice command. However even though I have Alexa and my fire tv devices linked in the app, if I ask Alexa, turn on the fire tv the response I get is “the skill linked with fire tv is not enabled” gives the same response no matter which room I’m in or which Fire tv I’m trying to turn on or off. Echo support has been no help. Any ideas ?
