Echo Spot - Black screen

Hi,

I've had my Echo Spot for about a week, no problems. But tonight, it has not responded to anything. I tried resetting, then hard resetting, and resetting my WiFi. It responded to Bluetooth until I resettled it, and it is still responding to the volume buttons, but not my voice and nothing is on the screen. It is just black. If I press down on thr DnD and vol down buttons, it brightens for a few seconds then goes back down to black. Is there any hope, or do I need to exchange?
