Echo app stuck on home screen

I downloaded the Echo app to my tablet and it runs, but it never gets past the 'home' screen. What do I do?

Let me clarify - it opens on the 'home' screen but the little circle just spins around and around, nothing loads, and the app closes.

Try the standard steps for app-trouble:

-force close the app and open again
-reboot your tablet
-update the firmware of your tablet
-uninstall app, reboot tablet, reinstall app
-restore tablet to factory settings then reinstall app

I only got this thing as a freebie when I went and bought a car. Too much trouble, it's going in the trash. Thanks anyway.

Damn, LOL. That's a first world problem AND solution right there. Just throw it in the trash, it's free anyway. You can use that tablet for not just installing echo app, FYI. What a waste. You could have at least donate it.
