We've had an echo an 2 dots for a couple of years. We both have iphones and the apps had all 3 devices, common lists, all was well. I got a new iphone (and new phone number), and I activated all 3 devices to my app fine. My wife lost hers. I activated all 3 to hers, I losy mine. The beat goes on. What am I doing wrong? One thing I noticed is that if I call up 'alexa devices' a device called 'this device' is on the list (on both phones). I don't think I'd noticed that before. Help?

Weird.  If it was happening to our iphones I would contact Echo Support line.

Thank Mike. Problem resolved. I did call support. Turns out I had changed my amazon acct number in the last couple of years. I simply reinstalled the alexa app on her phone and it fixed.
