no snart phone on site after set up

my mom doesnt have a smart phone. all we want to use show for is video calling to her.
how can i set it up so it correctly announces HER NAME, not mine, and who's  calling ?
Is there a place to make that happen?
I will use my phone and her wifi & amazon account.

You can access the alexa app via a computer browser at: alexa.amazon.com.  See if that helps.
