Not sure that Amazon can do much about this but we have a smart arse radio advertiser in the UK which says "Alexa" during the advert and puts my Echo Show in answer mode. Really annoying - I have emailed them but they seem to think it's clever.

They'll really think it's clever when they cost a bunch of listeners a bunch of money one day... Then the lawsuits will pile up so fast they won't know what to do with it.

I avoid UK commercial radio stations because of the over-frequent, overlong and extremely irritating ad breaks. When I do listen to one I turn off during the breaks.
