Who is the researcher? We are Versay Solutions, a voice, customer experience, design and solutions agency committed to delivering compelling customer experiences on any communications platform. We are not affiliated with Amazon, Google, or any makers of home automation devices.
What is the purpose of the research?The purpose of the research is to do some one-on-one qualitative interviews with people who are doing things with the cutting edge of voice. We are interested in seeing how individuals use this technology and what the future of it may be like. This research is for an upcoming conference and may also be used in white papers or other materials. We will be happy to share the final presentation with our participants.
Interview Request:Are you a power user of voice technology (Echo, Google Home, anything else)? We want to interview you. Earn a $75 Amazon Gift card for a 45 minute video call with our user experience researchers using the Zoom conferencing app. To qualify, just answer a few short questions. If you’re selected, you will receive an email with next steps. You will be asked to sign a video release and fill out a questionnaire about yourself, as well as install the Zoom conferencing app on your phone.
