Echo recognising music

i used to be able to ask echo what music was playing, ie if i did not know the song etc, she used to be able to listen and then tell me, now as soon as i ask the question she immediately says she cannot do this.

Pfft, I only play tunein station and when I ask Alexa what's playing she just said the tunein station. LOL. I've to go to alexa app to see what's currently playing. Lame. Manual labor.
