ECODOT ALEXA CAN'T ACCESS MY WIFI NETWORK

ECODOT ALEXA CAN'T ACCESS MY WIFI NETWORK

On the select wifi section, it can't recongnize my wifi.
It repeats password is not correct.
Is there anyone has a same problem?

Of course, I double checked the password and it has no issue on other devices; phone and notebook

Make sure your 2.4 ghz on the router is turned on and set up. It may disabled.

 I had this happen with one of my dots, but a reset fixed it.

"To reset your Echo device that has volume buttons: Press and hold the Microphone off and Volume down buttons at the same time until the light ring turns orange (about 20 seconds)."

Other issue maybe if you have a dual band router and the ssid is the same for both bands.
