Issues setting up Echo plus

Hi all
I'm having problems setting up my Echo plus, when trying to add my mobile number it says its already in use but I cant  see how.
I've logged into my amazon account and there's no number registered !! so I'm now unsure what to do and how to remedy it, any ideas ?

Hi Jason

This is one for Amazon support.  They are very responsive.  Try https://twitter.com/AmazonHelp - my original Echo was registered in the US and had to be switched to the UK.

I think he got a returned one. I will predict what the support will tell you. Deregister it. LOL.
