Who have you tried to listen to?  Spotify, Pandora, Amazon?  Do you have accounts with any of them?  What does Alexa say when  you ask for music?  We need more information.

Having issues here too but only with Prime (Pandora is working fine). It will start to play a song then suddenly stop; have a very delayed start; or stop/start (almost akin to buffering).

Edited to add: I've received one error "I'm unable to play music now"

Unplug alexa device for 5 full minutes, then try again.  Tell device to set volume at level 5 to be sure volume is at a listenable level.
