I have 1 Amazon Echo and 2 Echo Dots at home. I use the Echo devices to control some smart home devices like Nest thermostat, Belkin WiFi Smart Plug, etc.
In the last few months, I've noticed a weird problem in that 1 out of these 3 Echo devices does not recognize the smart device names. Example, if I say "Alexa, turn on light" to the defective Echo, it'll say "I'm sorry. I can't find a device named light". The other Echo devices have no issues.
- All Echo devices are on the same WiFi network.
- I've made sure that voice recognition is correct.
- I've reset the defective Echo device. But no success.
Out of option. Thanks in advance for helping out.
