Two Dots, one Hue bridge, only one Dot controls the Hue

Hi all,

I'm trying to control my Hue Bridge from multiple Dots, with no success.  After our initial dip into the world of automation with a single Dot, Hue Bridge, and two bulbs, we bought two more bulbs and a second Dot.  The first Dot can control all of the lights, either family room or master bedroom, with no issues.  This includes either all lights on/off, or the room specific lights only, via voice command.  The room groups have been set up in the Hue app, as my Alexa app does not allow me to create device groups.  However, the second Dot knows nothing about the Hue Bridge.  Both Dots are linked to the same account, so I'm a little confused as to why this is not working as desired.  Any help/advice is appreciated.
