When I try to configure my Echo Dot I receive the following message:
"Unable to configure device language.
Error 15:1:26:0:2
How to correct. My Phone is a Galaxy s8

Try using a PC or laptop and go to the Alexa web page:
http://alexa.amazon.com/spa/index.html#cards
and set up your device from there. ;)
