Alexa gets the time wrong...and right!

So I say, "Alexa set my alarm for 9am" and she responds, "OK setting alarm for 8am", then in the app a card appears saying that the alarm has been set for 9am. If anyone can help me out of this little confusion I'd be most grateful.
