IR blaster that can be programmed with IR signals
« on: July 13, 2017, 02:55:51 am »
Hello,
I got an Echo Dot and would like to pair it with an IR blaster. However, the problem is that the IR blaster should be able to learn from the remote signals that the remote of my fan, my wireless bluetooth keyboard sends etc. Is there any IR blaster like that?

You may wish to check out a Broadlink RM Pro.
https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=nb_sb_noss_2?url=search-alias%3Daps&field-keywords=BroadLink+RM+Pro
Use the Inteligent Home Center app and it interfaces with an Alexa app
The skill only works for IR A/V devices currently

However the BroadLink won't learn your Bluetooth keyboard.
