Can you say to alexa, "turn on “A” and turn off “A” in 73 seconds" where "A" is a 110 volt switch or outlet

context????   you can say turn on then turn off in 73 seconds in most cases.  you need to be more specific as to what you are talking about. 

if you are wanting to turn something on for 73 seconds the auto turn off, then unless there is some skill or ifttt app, it cannot be done.
